how to convert a 70 b body dash to a raylle dash

it's a 70 b body non raylle dash [just bought it off ebay] and from the  previous thread i made the information i got was that it is possibile to convert it to a raylle dash is this true







another thing is what should i do bout the vin plate if anyone recals my charger parts where stripped and stolen from leon so i don't have a vin plate nor engine compartment vin plate as well. already know it wont match my vin
