Just to be fair, that site appears to be for an "affordable" web designer/graphic arts company (also assuming it's a one-man-show) and that's just a demo to showcase their "talent". If you look through the other directories you can see a similar theme so my guess is it's a template that's being shopped around to drum up some business. I won't comment on publicly available customer content or server configurations that allow directory listings... :eyes:

If I was this guy I'd try to do some research and be a little more careful of who I use to sample my work.
