white on white on blue? wow, what a weird combination.  you have to provide pics.  and yes, a 72 with the N96 is rare, add to that a 440 mated to a 4 spd and that weird interior color with the white (most white cars had black interiors, i wonder if that was a special order car).

pics are definitely needed as well as a fender tag pic and vin pic.  I would love to see this car.  what region is it in?

I've never tracked #'s much, but 72 440 4speed N96 is certainly in the lower double digits. I agree - whitexwhitexblue = likely one of a kind. Cool.

I think there were around 5,000 with the "ralley fun pack" so add the 440/4spd/n96 and you're looking good, I guess Glover is the best source but I've never used his services...Check VIN in ALL the locations if you're paying top dollar

good luck

according to Goviers white book 4th edition, production of 72 Rallye coupes was 460. (3,341 on hardtops)   Only 11 440 4-speed coupes (165 440 4 speed hardtops)  To the best of my knowledge there is not a definitive number on N96 optioned cars or for that matter the interior/exterior color combo.  personally, i am very leery of people making 1 of X  claims based on non powertrain options such as N96. Regardless, its very rare. no worse than a 1 of 11. nice find!
