The rocker's would make a clattering type sound if the holes in the shaft are turned wrong, but the loud clank doesnt sound very good.  Step back for a while, you will get it fixed and or find out what your trouble is. It takes time for the most part..

The loud clank does not sound good.  I think we should hear this story from the beginning. BUT,,, first tell me, is this the same motor that you were having trouble getting started a few months ago or have you changed the motor or had it rebuilt?  This is somewhat confusing..

same motor got it from the shop that ripped me off.was i dont know any history on it...

So you have run this motor before, right??  Did it have oil pressure then??

all fixed no grease in the oil pump.repacked it and it ran and had pressure....thanks for the help..... :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

yep she is already after i tighten down everything and fix some small leaks...she will be attending the mopars at the strip this year for sure :2thumbs:
