This link is from a post on Moparts by "Wheeler".  The annual cruise started in conjunction with the Waco Street Machine Mini Nats and later was associated with the annual Heart Of Texas Mopar Meet in Waco.  I used to go every year back in the mid 1980s thru early 1990s.

Good video clip... like many cruises the VM cruise sometimes got out of hand.

Thats funy the fire dept came because someone probably thought there was a fire from all the smoke lol and next time I see someone doing a burnout I will have to grab the backend and start pushing it from side to side the viewer must have been bored :smilielol:
