brake pressure???

Does someone know the max pressure in the braking system?  I'm working on some custom parts and need the value for the design.

I work in hydraulics at a major braking supplier.  Passcar brake pressures can reach 200bar (2900psi) with panic pedal efforts of 150lb.  You would probably want to add some safety factor to that.  Our burst pressure requirements exceed 500bar.  Good Luck!
