Unless you are covering a car with plastic sheet, I don't think there is a cover that's actually 100% waterPROOF. CCC does offer a cover called Superweave which they claim to be their most water & weather resistant cover.
The Plushweave has some light water "repellency", meaning dew, moisture, etc etc.
Poly, check out their website, they offer many types of covers. You can also check out Covercraft who also offers a wide selection of covers. I also have a Covercraft Evolution which is much more water/weather resistant than the Plushweave.
