hey guys is it possible to change the rear half shaft seals separately or is it part of the bearing assy,also seem to have a bit of endfloat in the halfshafts,is that adjustable or are the bearings worn out

yep you can change the seals  & don't for get to repack the bearings this grease , if they are the stock type of taper- roller ! the bearing adjustment is on the right side ..check out the FSM , to set the correct amount on end float yesnod:

The inboard seals are in the housing and can be changed by removing the axles, the outboard seals are located in the bearing retainer and can only be changed by removing the axle bearings (which means the bearings must be replaced since the retaining collars aren't available separately).
