I have had my 440 rebuilt a while ago. Is there any recommendation's on how to keep the engine in good shape while my Charger is being restored? I have been told to shoot oil into the spark plug holes and give the engine a couple revolutions by hand? Any others?

put some mystery oil (yes thats its name) in the cylinders and close everything up so no meeces or bugzzes can get in there.
