We got our butts kicked up here in the Northwest

I-5 is shut down between Portland and Seattle, several coastal towns are in ruin and people are dying. All because of a little rain. Ok, maybe it's not just a little rain... Most of the flood damage is on the Oregon coast and up around Chehalis, WA of course (I-5). Not too bad here in the Portland/Vancouver area other than dealing with the incessant rain. It rained pretty hard for a good three days and then we got a little bit of a break before it hit us again last night. My place is fine and I'm sure Mike is doing ok. Just wondering how you fellas up in Seattle are doing?

Hopefully any Mopar owners in the affected areas have their cars on really T A L L jackstands! :icon_smile_big:

Seriously though, I hope everyone's ok. That's some pretty nasty lookin' footage on the morning news. :-\

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Heh heh, I-5 shutting down has kept all you Oregooners out of Seattle   :icon_smile_big:

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetable!

This is why I live on a hill and not next to a flood plain next to a river.  :rotz:

Mrs. Wing & I did better this year than last......we lost power for 3 hours this time.....last year we were without power for 4 days.

Houses are moved off foundations & flooded through-out the state, the city of Aberdeen is cut off and without power...the large power lines & towers are down, roads to town are flooded & washed away.....I5 still shut down as I type this......kinda reminds me of the New Orleans - Katrina disaster but on a smaller scale.

Nothing major around here, just some flooded parking lots, probably bad around Oly where I used to live, flooded a lot around there, its a lot closer to chehalis,  rains more too,  w. seattle is a banana belt  :icon_smile_big:         tk,  that's funny

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

They finally got I-5 open so now we can come back up there and pester Chris. :yesnod:

We were pretty lucky, our road to the East was closed, but only a couple feet under water about two
houses down from me, but my place was just pretty soggy........ we could not get to the freeway
for two days, but they were not going anywhere anyway.  Woodinville got the worst of it near me,
and it is only a few miles away, have a few vids of an area I go through all the time, just not for
about four days   :brickwall:

We're all pretty much dried up here now. Seems like it was over as fast as it started.

Did it rain there today guys? We had clear skys with some clouds...it was friggin' cold though. Ever try working on a Charger in -2 conditions? Not fun!
