Build sheet center console Question

I'm looking at a 1968 Charger R/T and on the build sheet it says #5 for the console. The owner said it might have had a colum shift and then was converted to a console.
Can anyone who has had their build sheet decoded help me with what was orginal?

Is that 5 under box with 48 above it?If so then 5 is armrest,6 would be a console.

And the owner might already know but he doesn't want to look like he's ripping you off (in case you figure it out). (and yes, I'm feeling cynical today)

Even if it's been changed,might still be a good car to have.What do you want to do with it?100% resto or a driver to some fun with.Has it been converted well or a hack job?

I havent seen the car and the owner said he bought it that way.
I want to have the interior and exterior be all stock for the retro and just build the motor to an updated 440.
