It seems to look like a low profile air cleaner with a K&N filter with a 440 sticker on top. :shruggy:
Alot of guys and gals do that within the Mopar family with air cleaners...I could be mistaken. :scratchchin:

Looks like a cheap auto zone Air Filter assembly with a K&N air filter and then a Mopar replacement sticker.  I am doing the same thing.  I have also seen them on Ebay in the past.
I'm smarter than I act, But I don't act smarter than I am.
