How much should I pay for a Dutchaman panel...

that will be cut out from an original car?  Assuming that it only has surface rust, and a couple of dents here and there, but no major damage.  Just asking because I have located two, and I just want to get a ball park figure of how much I may have to pay for one. 

P.S. I already know about AMD, but the panel I bought from them isn't up to par in my opinion.
