Recently had to look for something like this and the answer is a big fat No.
Black Betty:  1969 Charger R/T - X9 440 six pack, TKO600 5 speed, 3.73 Dana 60.
Sinnamon:  1969 Charger R/T - T5 440, 727, 3.23 8 3/4 high school sweetheart.

go to O'Reilly's or Napa, have them pull their precision book out, in the back is a table for conversion u joints.  if they make it, it will be in there.

I looked on the precision catalogue on-line:
7290-7260
7290-1310
7290-1330

No 7290-1350.  Even on Spicer's site...

I'm getting a new driveshaft from Keisler and wanted a 1350 end for future use, but I didn't want to change the diff flange (489 - crush sleeve) from the 7290 that's there now...

Can this be done without tearing the diff apart and installing a new sleeve?

The new 1350 yokes are really nice.     The U bolt designs for the 1350's have 3/8" U bolts which is an upgrade from the old strap types.   (See mopar action Feb 08 pg 60).

Yes...  as far as I know you should always replace the crush sleeve when changing yokes if you choose to do that.

Make sure that Keisler actually sends you a 1350.    My shaft from them was 1330's w/ a 1330>7290 conversion joint.

I just changed to a forged Dana 60 1350 yoke and plan to get a HD aluminum 1350 shaft ordered up shortly.

That sucks.
I have a forged 1350 yoke for my 8 3/4 too, and was going to change it over later.  I even have the solid 489 crush sleeve replacement... I just didn't want to have to do it yet - I guess I may have to ;)

That conversion U joint would have solved my problem for now.
