Not a Charger, but talk about trying to play something down! You have to love E-bay :lol:

"There is some cosmetic damage on the drivers rear quarter. The paint shines nice however will need to be sprayed if the car is intended to be shown."

If I had the cash to buy that car, I wouldn't give that damage a second thought. It won't be all that difficult to fix. That is a sweet ride, for the money.
