They should simply unbolt (nut on back side), but in my experience they are usually very rusty, so hit them with penetrating oil well in advance.  You may get away with leaving the front bumper on the car, but the rear bumper will need to be removed.  After you get the bumperettes off, simply replace them with a common bumper bolt and reassemble.

Those things are so... should they really be called "bumperettes"?  :scratchchin:

piece of cake. just get 9/16" socket and rachet.

if bolts broke, they are able to be replaced thought
