'68 w/ 440 Engine w/ A/C

I'm new to this site.  I've got a '68 with a 440 automatic and it has A/C.  Of course the a/c has been disconnected and the parts are no where to be found.  I've heard already this is going to be very ugly to return the car to A/C because of the big block.  Where to I even start to find the parts?  I'm in Dallas-Ft. Worth.

I would start with ebay or a local wrecking yard that specializes in the old iron.  A/C components are usually one of the first things thrown out.
For $1100 you can get a new system.
