Who do you think will be the manufacturer to bring back hidden headlights, It's always be one of my favorite features on all kinds of cars, (especially '68 Chargers!!) I know the extra weight and price of them kinda did away with 'em from the muscle cars to vettes to pretty much everything else. It all comes back around so I'm sure this will too. Maybe on a redesigned 2009 or 2010 Charger?       anyone?

unless a design can be made where the aerodynamic with headlights on and open are as good as off and closed, I don't see hidden headlights making much a comeback.  some countries (correct me if I'm wrong, those from the great white north) require daytime headlamps, which means headlamps alway on when running, so aerodynamics is important.  and most cars with 'pop-up' headlamps look particularly homely with the headlights up.

No reason to correct you!! Most of europe require daylight headlights on. Will not make me drive my 68 with "open eyes" in daylight though!!
Since we only live once, and all this is not just a dressed rehearsal, but the real thing............ Well, enjoy it!!!!
