I may be getting a couple 69 darts. Does anyone know where to get the best deal on parts? I know I'll need front frame rails and lower quarters for one of them.

Moparts.com has some good info, and ForABodiesOnly.com may be of help.  Frame rails should be easy to find.  I have a rusted '69 Dart with perfect frame rails.  Try Craigslist.org.  Quarters are harder, but you may want to look at these:
