what's the diff between 5th and 6th gen on ipods ?

More memory and a bigger screen IIRC. They went from 30gb to 80gb.

just got a 80 gb supposelly advertised as 5th gen, for a friend of mine ( he doesn't have paypal or ebay account so I helped ). checked with an advertised 6th gen and didn't find any diff

my 30 gig 5th gen i found in a car here at the salvage yard does me just fine
