Hans has two business names listed with the Chicago area Better Business Bureau and the one listed as "auto dealer" has an "unsatisfactory record with the with the BBB due to failure to respond to a complaint" with six complains in the last 36 months. However, the one that is listed as "auto repair and service" has 0 complaints in the past 36 months. Knowing his SOP I find it odd that no one has complained about the auto repair end of his business. Has Hans turned over a new leaf or are the people of Ingleside not yet savvy to his ways? Another thing that's odd is that he's listed as a seller of new cars at his Lake Villa location. That is a helluva stretch.

I think they're already being investigated by the Feds for a bunch of things.  That empire's not gonna last much longer.
