Anyone know of any free programs to download to resize jpg's. Any recommendations?

Just use Paint - it comes on any windows machine.

Yeah I tried that. Theres no way that I can see to resize in Paint.

Open it in Paint, and go up to the top and click the Image tab.  A menu will drop down and you click on stretch/skew.  Alternatively, you can hit CTRL W.  Once in there, just make each dimension different by percent. (Hint - keep both dimensions the same; e.g. if you want half size make it 50% wide, 50% tall.)

I was using paint for a long time but this is real easy...  download,  install and then just find the file in your computer, right click, select "Resize Pictures", pick your size and go! It writes a new file to the folder you're in with the same name but a tag (small, med, large).
