Tonight on the way home at a stop light I noticed that the tach needle was jumping with the activated turn signal- I know it's electrical- can you narrow it down? Thanks John

John,

Does your lights also pulsate at the same time?  If so, might be the sign of a bad voltage regulator or the alternator starting to go.

this an aftermarket tach?  if so, connect the lights and the power to key'ed power, NOT to a light bulb for the dimmer function, the light will allways be on, but the tach won't jump around!!!
