questions for a shop ,when getting quarter panels replaced

i was wondering if anyone has any questions for a potential body shop when trying to see if they do good work ,is there anything a bad shop might do that would be half ass ,that you could find out by a simple question,i have a shop in mind ,but dont know  how to find out if they would do good work ,the shop is real clean that is for a busy shop they have a nice spray booth and there cars they painted look real good.please help the price seems a little cheap but i do live in missouri they whant 300 a  side with no body work thats just cutting ,fitting ,and welding

Yeah, The price sounds cheap to me. It's possible to crank it out in one day replacing a 1/4 I guess if you want to do it fast & cheap But I wouldn't know, I really dont like doing such fast & cheap work, Just makes me fell uncomfortable. Also are they going to weld a solid bead of weld around the entire 1/4 or just a few little spots every few inches? Thats the Question I'd ask. Also, just putting it on is only half the job. Grinding a continuous weld & then bondo & primer & blocking takes more time. LEON.

maybe thats why its a cheap price because thats just cutting hanging and welding ,not grinding bondo and primer,that  cost more ,ill call tomarrow and see how mutch the whole job would be and ask them the quetion about the welding ,what kind of welding should there be around the wheel whale ,keep the questions coming .

Around the wheel well I like to use a Hole Puncher & plug Weld. I assume this is the way most people do that area but who knows? 10 people might give 10 different answers? LEON.

I am using Fred's Fabrication here in Cuba Missouri.  So far I am very happy with his work.  His shop is very clean and orginized, he is prompt and does what he says.  He sends e-mails with pic's of the current work so you know what is going on and where your money is going.  He has a flat rate of $35 hr.  His web sit is www.fredsfab.com.  Here are some pics from his shop and my car last week.   .  sorry I will have tp post again.  I forgot to re-size the pic's.
