How do you guys get the lenses out.

trough the years the lens is kinda glued to the gasked and in my first attempt to open one up i chipped a lens of one of them :brickwall:

I tought t soak them in a water/soap solution but any other options are welcome too

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

should be a metal "C" ring with three dimples that fit into indents in the metal housing,.. sorry to read your plastic gaskets are in such poor shape, mine are mint, just get dirty,.. i used a needlenose pliers to compress the C rings and they kind'a just popped out then gently worked the gaskets off the glass,.. they are a bit tricky... but alot less so then swapping dash pads...  :yesnod:

Sure i pulled the spring first but mines don't need the spring anymore.

Like i said they're "glued" to the gasked. But afterall if i already killed one lens i might have to buy an other pair anyways, so what do i loose...... :shruggy:

I have had the same problem. The gasket and the lense bond with each other. You need to soak it to get it to release. Be patent, it may take an hour or so to start to release. Pry gently as the glass will break if the bond is too strong.
