Where can I purchase a rear valance for a 71 Charger with cut-outs for the slotted tips?

They dont make them so you have to find a nice used one...  I have seen them in fiberglass but never found the source and I dont know if they are still being made or not.

They aint cheap, Stephens wanted $650 for a decent one.
