when I got my 73 the front valance was only atached by the body bolts and it was missing the assembly that holds it in the middle by the fins to what looks like was the hood latch assembly.  The hood latch assembly is gone as well.   Anyone know if this stuff can be taken off another mopar body or if anyone sells aftermarket mock up parts for this.   I was going to make some if I could not find any that would work.

My valance still sags in the middle and needs some support.

thanks.

You will have to get it off another valance.  That middle support your have if memory serves me correct, does attach to the hood latch assembly which in turns attachs to the radiator support.  No one repos them so you will have to find a used setup.

hmm, I could prob make a part that would help connect that hood latch assembly to the front bumper.   Is is some type of set of arms that connect from the fins of the valance to the hood latch assembly?  How much do you want for the parts?  PM me and we can take it off line.  cool deal.  thanks.  :2thumbs:
