hi guys anyone know how i can go about getting a new fender tag .. i have the vin and the title but some how the tag was lost when previous owner took the car apart to restore it ....i know i dont need it but i would like to have it

i seen some posts... somewhere about someone reproducing tags but who ever is doing it required a fair amount of proof or even the old tag before they would stamp a new one, don't remember who or even where i seen it but i know there is a source, maybe someone else knows more than me  :scratchchin:

There are several places that you can get a tag made. The only way to get one made accurately though, is if you have the broadcast sheet. Other than that, you are merely making a tag to represent the car the best you can, but you have no proof to back anything up. For instance you could easily add options to the car that weren't on it, and then get a tag made. which i've seen done several times with mopars. To me that isn't right, but its how some people opperate these days.
