The Problem:

I have an oil leak and I honestly do not know where it is coming from.  It looks like it is coming from the front of the oil pan but more towards the top of the engine. Where are the possible places for an oil leak?  I have a decent amount of blow-by and my other engine was just dropped off at the machine shop today, I just want to be able to drive the car around until I get my engine back.  Any help, as always, is greatly appreciated.

If it's a big block, the distributor may be letting a small amount past the o ring?

I was actually thinking that.  I haven't had time to go look at it.  I think what I might do is just go get a deal and just take everything apart.  I'll update if it works.
