Is the torsion bar adjustment arm supposed to be horizontal? That little arm wants to spin when I torque the nut that holds the LCA pin inside the k-frame. I'm just wondering how it's supposed to be clocked when I torque it into place? Or should I wait until the k-frame is in place and the torsion bar set inside the LCA before I torque it?

once car is assembled & full weight is on the wheels , then torque the nut to the correct value  :yesnod:

I agree otherwise you could over flex the bushing. Unless its the Poly ones they just pivot.

Sometimes.

Ok, so when I get everything snugged up and in place prior to nailing it all down, do the adjustment arms sit where they're supposed to or will I have to put them in a certain position before I do the final torque?

You want them at ride height so you dont put a permanent twist in the bushing.

For first set up I have the nut/washer just touching and go all the way through ride height adjustment then torque them last. (For the best "Bouncy Trouncy Fun Fun Fun!")
