Size of bumper bolt

Can anyone tell me what the size of the bumper bolt is?  I need the size of the bolt that connects to the frame rail please.

if you are talking about the front its 1/2 course thread.

Oh sorry, I'm talking about the rear bumper.

then im somewhat confused. if you mean the bolt that go thru the rear panel that hold the bumper on they are also 1/2 but if you mean the bolts that hold on the jack plates on down underneath they are 7/16 course thread....hope that helps

Sorry for the confusion, hopefully this picture will help.  The bolt size I need to know is the one that goes on the end of this frame rail, you can see where there is a nut welded onto the frame rail from the inside (which is what I need to do to the other frame rail).

those are 7/16 bolts but they arent for the bumper, the air jack plates mount there and exhaust TIP hangers do also.
