What the #@&*%#! happened to Tim Horton's???

  There's no such thing as a SLIGHT  frost heave on the QEW!

Being from Alberta, and formerly New Brunswick, the concept of electronic toll highways in Ontario was a real eye-opener to say the least.
Especially after borrowing a friend's Windstar and inadvertantly racking up a bill, which was sent to him.
I figured the toll business would at least provide a better highway system, sans frost heaves. I was very wrong!

There are no frost heaves on the 407.  One awesome highway.

Yeah, but the tolls taken from the 407...do they not go into infrastructure improvements, including keeping the QEW nice and lump free?
(I really have no idea...)

The tolls from the 407 were originally supposed, and they did for a while, until the ON Government sold the highway to a private firm.  Now the tolls go into maintaining and repairing the 407 and what's left over goes into their pockets.
