Cool find dude. After I sell my 6-pack Charger, I'll probably look another '70, most likely a driver or nice body 383 non console 4 speed car, so keep your eyes peeled for me. :D

Travis, I do enjoy checking out your finds and do appreciate you taking the time to post pics of them. The Dart kind of seems out the norm for ya though. Does it have disc brakes? Those are always worth a few bucks as well as the AM/Fm radios. Yup, I guess its fair to say that I got the sniffer too. Will have another 72 SE parked in the driveway on Sunday afternoon.  ;D   Tried not to buy it, but the fella kept lowering the price till
I said YES.       :2thumbs:

69charger2002

lol eyes peeled big i'll officially look for you one. 68chargerwife.. girl if you were closer i'd offer you that dart for $800... seriously. but since it would cost more to ship it to california than you would pay for the car itself, i hardly think it's worth it. ghoste. i actually like the dart body style.. i meant the green top green interior, and huge dent/some rust as ugly. not the car itself..

hey twilt i bet that took a LOT of arm twisting for you to say yeah huh.. lol. yeah the dart is out of place. i actually almost went to get it for 3 years. i went today out of boredom and thought it was gone. he had moved it to the back and pretty much hid it from the world. $300 and he actually found the clear title for it. the thing does have disc brakes and am/fm that does help it some. i wish i could find a really clean one, even /6. i'd probably drive one everyday if i did

Surprisingly, it did take a bit of arm twisting to get me to buy this last one. The price started at $2500. I respectfully declined at that price because I was looking for something MORE expensive (ready to drive and enjoy) When the price dropped to $1000, I shrugged my shoulders and said "okay...I`ll take it"
I picked up a few parts off of a 4 door 75 Valiant at a J/Y recently. Was able to get $300 for the front disc brakes, UCA`s, and prop valve as well as $150 for the working AM/FM radio, and another $100 for the complete working rear defogger assembly.  Easy $450 profit for less than an hour of parts pulling.

i have a feeling its gonna be far sale soon  :scratchchin:

If you have no vision or creative spirit, you can always fall back on the way the factory did it.

dpm68

I can't belive the glove box door on the Charger is still shut...how did that happen, did you have a gun pointed at it?

69charger2002

lol it must have rusted shut. probably the first nasty project i've ever had that didn't have a "flappy" glove box door. even my nice 68 R/T has  habit of popping up going down the road. scares the crap out of me every time  :icon_smile_big:
