Paint Color for Factory Steel Wheels

I picked up some 15X7 factory steel wheels yesterday that I plan on using on my 69 Charger.  They are in pretty good shape with very minimal rust here and there on some but they do need to be refinished.  They are black now.  I am planning on painting the car either sunfire yellow or maybe just a little brighter color of yellow---like the 70 top bananna.  Question------I know its my choice but do you guys think the wheels should be painted body color or semi-gloss black?---- (my car is a 440, not a hemii and I'll be using red circle dog dishes)---  I have not decided on tire size for these but am thinking about a 60 series in something like 2.35 to 2.55--------will the spare fit into the trunk OK with tires of this size?

Should be body color with the dog dishes but its up to you.

I had a 235/60/15 in the trunk at one time that fit well enough.......a 255/60/15 will not
