Reverse flow water Pumps

Just curious if anyone has ever done this?  I see that Indy offers a reverse flow water pump housing for their motors.  It kind of makes since to me to run the cooler water through the heads first but want to know if anyone else has done this or what you opinion is?    I did do a search on here but didn't find anything.....

it works well & is a good idea , the factory should have done this
