Lowering the front end...help

I have a 73 Charger and was wondering how to lower the front end maybe an inch or so.  If you have any info plz let me know...thanks

Turn the torsion bar bolt counterclockwise (one on each side), measuring both sides until they are where you want then, and make sure its even.  Get a front end alignment when youre done though.

thats it?  how low can you take it? if you are looking at something real low do you need to find a custom spindle or something?

You can see how high the front end of my car was when I got it.  Im not sure why they had it raised up so high, I think maybe they thought the big block was going to weight it down more than it did.  Originally it was a 318 car and they dropped a 400 in it.  Anyway, I lowered it this way.  At first I did get it too low, and when I test drove it, it was obvious because the suspension would bottom out on itself over alot of the bumps.  I raised it back up to where its at now and it works just fine.
