Changing the coupler on the steering box

Someone at work was telling me that there is a kit to replace the knuckle (the square box that the
steering column fits into) that's connected to the steering box into a U joint.

Anyone hear of this?
If there is such an kit where do I get one?

I got a kit from my Dodge dealer last year as well.

Actually I was thinking more along the line of this and getting rid of the old steering coupler.

$169 is a little much for a U-Joint

Can't really give a good opionion since my engine is at the machine shop. I'll have to let you know when I get my Charger back together.
