Is the regulator under the dash? If so where is the location? Thanks!!  :icon_smile_big:

Are you referring to the voltage limiter for the cluster or the electrical voltage regulator in the engine compartment for the altenator..... If you're referring to the dash limiter, it's plugged into the back of the cluster's printed circuit board........  It's to the passenger-side of the speedometer.........

On 3rd gen rallye cluster is not plugged, is attached with a phillips screw does have three wires:

-One black spliced with the source to all gauges.
-Another black coming from underdash harness... is the input.
-Another black I think traced white with a BIG female spade terminal, attached to limiter bracket, used to feed the ground to all cluster.

Is attached between small gauges, above the radio... this is the back of Clock cliuster, not the regular one, but location is the same
