Well, they say it's the car of the future with the wing/spoiler.. Please, it should be "car-of-the-past-brought-back".......

During the qualifying for the Bristol race the camera was scanning through the pits and settled on Richard Petty.
Darrell Waltrip said..."That's the only man at the track that remembers what it's like driving a car with a wing on it". Larry McReynolds said "Yeah, and he was pretty successful at it too!"
They didn't come out and say they were talking about the Superbird but I knew what they were talking about.  I thought that was pretty cool anyway.

Did you hear Kyle Busch after he won the race?  He said he was happy to win but the car still sucked.  That was awesome!!! :nana:

I wonder what the discussions were like back in 1969 when the Daytona was unveiled?  Probably very similar to the discussions today.
