Here is a real cool car, with a great story!!
I found this car languishing in the back of a dealers' yard, back in the early 1990's.
Here's the story!

This car is now being restored by the new owner. It should be absolutely fantastic to see when it's done!

Cool story. Just goes to show, there are still rare finds to be uncovered out there. One day I may get that lucky.... (I can hope, anyway...)

Did you buy it when you found and then flip it?

No....I wish.
As it just so happened, I was restoring a Roadrunner convertible for a friend and we needed a trunklid and a set of doors.
This is the place we happened to be looking for parts at.
All his extra spending cash was tied up in the 'Runner, and I already had a "fleet" of project cars at the time. One more would have put me into divorce court.
So needless to say, neither one of us were "players" at that moment.

That, and the owner refused to even confirm or deny the existance of the car, despite the fact that it was mere feet from us.

What a cool car! I'm glad it's finally getting a well deserved restoration.

In regards to this shifter...what's incorrect here? The console or the shifter? :ahum:
Is this the ultra-rare "passenger shifter" option? :icon_smile_big:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I think, for this picture, the shifter was propped up to simulate it's proper position.
As you can see here, the shifter rods are supporting the shifter arm....note the circle.

That's a standard dodge hubcap...code 587, often seen on other B-bodies.

Looks like the Bench Seat Shifter.  LEON.

Magnumcharger

Nope, not with that serious off-set built into it. It's a console shifter alright.
