Next subject on my interior list--glovebox

Hey all,

How does this thing go in? Mine was totally thrashed when I got the car.  Three questions really
1) Whats the best way to shove it in there, from under or thru the front?
2) What fasteners to use?
3) What is the story with the flap that supposedly goes behind the fuse block?  Cant quite figure that one out!
4) Any pics?

It kind of goes in through the front and then you finish assembly on the inside of the dash and then attach it to the dash with short Phillips screws.  The flap would go in front of the fuse box so that you don't see the fuses when you open the glovebox.
