the "thing" in the picture is loose, you can move it up and down, i can really feel and hear it when i turn the steering wheel.
removed the bolt, and the cylinder thing doesnt fit perfectly between the mounts, is it suppose to be this way? anyone?

Just 6T9 CHGR

That is your idler arm & its worn.  Available aftermarket

searched idler arm on ebay, and this is what i found
doesnt look anything like it.

nevermind, found ads that looks like the right one.
But i dont understand why i have to replace the whole arm, only the cylinder that goes trough the arm and bolt is worn(or too short) and the bushings looks like old foam.

if it is just loose in the K frame try adding a washer or two to tighten it first
