If you want more info, there were a couple of really informative threads with regards to shocks not too long ago.

Good reading while you wait for more answers.

i like Bilstein shocks. they're more expensive but they're a really good shock.

I would go with good quality gas shocks myself.  I've only had air shocks a couple of times and I wasn't real crazy about them.  There are lots of people who think they're great, but they aren't for me is all.

cowvette

I agree.

I have the KYB in my Cuda.  They are a good cheap gas shock. They work well for me and a good overall improvement.   It you want better. I understand the Edlebrock shocks are very good.

is_it_EVER_done?

I've used most brands over the years, and I REALLY like the Edelbrocks over anything I have ever used from a non adjustable shock standpoint. Adjustables are great, but ridiculously expensive.

i don't know what i will do ?

i try ed to put the 275 with the 2,5 back spacing wheels and it goes on the fender, but the wheel with this backspacing it is wonderfull beetween the other with 4,5, but for mount it i have to lift the car .

what do you suggest me?2,5 with lift  or 4,5 backspacing'

NEVER air shocks.. :scared:   Put the wheels and tires under the car not under the wheel lip.

My 2 cents.. ;)
