Heater Box Fan Switch / Blower Motor Not Working - 69 Charger NO AC

My fan/blower motor used to work before I removed my heater box.   After re-installing back into the car - its now not working.

In troubleshooting, I just took of my heater controls and noticed this wire.   What's this wire for? (see pic with red arrow).

Also (with the key/ignition in the ON/RUN position - engine not running), I took a volt meter to test if I had power to the resistor (on the heater box) and on the fan switch.  Nothing.

The blower motor is grounded as per the pic.

Possible Fuse   ?   Suggestions?

  Found my problem!

C1-14BK* Black Wire (with white tracer) was not connected to wire in my picture (with the red arrow).
