Is there a weld through primer that is also self etching (in a rattle can)?

Thanks,
Tony

Tony,
They are really 2 different things with 2 different purposes. Weld-thru primer is a metallic zinc-rich primer that has conductive properties so you can weld thru it (hence them name). It will leave a primer coating intact where the 2 panels are sandwiched together for corrosion resistance.
Self-etching primer has chemicals that give maximum adhesion to metal, it "etches" itself into the metal. It will also help prevent corrosion, however has no conductive properties.

Hope that helps.
