I would like to add power steering to my 68 with a 383. I see that Dodge had three different pumps. Does it make a difference which one to get? What else will I need?

Thanks for any advice.

youll need a pump, brackets, presure hose, return hose, steering box and pitman arm. and youll need a crank pulley thats for  powersteering car (yours might already be ok).   my 68 plymouth has the saginaw pump on it. id go with the saginaw for no other reason than its a very comon pump.   might look around and see if anyone wants to just swap you your manual stuff for thier power stuff.

im doing this swap on my 72 satelite and forgot that i swaped over the shaft. the previous owner had switched it to manual steering and gave me all the parts when i bought the car.
