KB Flattop Pistons?

I wanted to get some KB 167 Flat-top pistons, anybody know where i can score some for a decent price?
whats the normal going rate on those anyways?

allright so basically what i got from the link that Challenger340 posted was "watch what youre doing and you'll be fine" but, it did sort of make me rethink what I should go with. So are there any suggestions on something similar to the KB's in price and quality?

you wil spend more for a Forged piston BUt you get what you pay for , the difference in price is about the cost of a gasket set to tear the engine down never mind repairing the damage if a piston lets go , to me it is simply not worth saving a few $$ to possibly distroy an engine , & if you want to make more power later the engine wi,, not have to be torn down & better pistons put in
Bob figures the KBs are ok If they are fitted properly
I have seen a few engines distroyed with KBs & to me it is simply not worth the risk for a few $$

It will allllllways be your choice, but for a few hundred bucks now for a decent set of pistons you will have a better, stronger engine that will be forgiving if you don't have the fuel just right and the timing just right.

A few hundred for peace of mind alone is well worth it...   If everything isn't done exactly right in machining and your tune up it can be a cost of thousands putting a new motor together.
