Is this legal? Or, who needs a title for their '69 Charger?

1969 Dodge Charger, title only. I junked this car roughly 20 years ago. I personally watched the car go through the shreader at General Metals in Tacoma, Washington. I was able to keep the title. (legal paper work) This was an
original big block four barrel car.

I blocked out the name in the picture only, the title is not altered in any way.

I have this title listed on ebay, item number 260068307405 I listed it here also because I am getting very tired of ebays greed and other BS rules.

So illigal it isn't funny, but if I had a solid non R/T charger witn no title and a valid vin tag/title for a Charger, I would likely use it. I guess it's a question of ethics, but if you're not trying to represent the car as something it's not to another buyer, I'd be "ok" with it. I personally find parting out or crushing a good car just because it doesn't have the proper paperwork to satisfy the DMV more un-ethical.

I wouldn't go buying as title from some random guy on ebay/cragslist though............
