Hmmm tricky but cokertires.com should carry them . If they don't have it then I wouldn't know who would.

Im having the same problem, I need 14 by 10 in 30 inch tall tires to make my 4.10's streetable. I can't find these damn things anywhere! Putting a beating on the 20 years old sneakers that are on it in the mean time!

Micky Thompson carries some 14in tires that will work with a 10in rim. The L60-14 is 28in tall and the N50-14 is 27in tall. The N50 probably won't tuck under the wheel well but the L60 would fit.
