ok, as I stated, as far I know...

However my 1974 Mopar part dealers catalog ( basically same 73 catalog with some exceptions specially seatbelts related ) states Electric Sunroof Parts numbers JUST for C bodies on section 23-34-309, and manuals for A and B on section 23-34-309... no Sunroof Part Numbers for E bodies.

Just copying what I'm reading

Ok thats cool, But I have seen the cars with my own eye's is all

But in your books does it list part numbers for 72 SE Sunroof would be curiuos if the part numbers were same 71-74
The Sunroof parts: cable part numbers with the lifting mechnism on the back of the cable or is the lifting mechnism listed sepratly?
Also does it list the drive gear on the motor that drives the cables sepratly from the motor? should be same P/N for a hand crank mayby not
and can you provide me with those numbers please?
Also does it list the foam suround around the sun roof on the interior under the headliner?

My dealer has no old books for this stuff
Wish I had a set of those books

I can scan the PN section and diagram about 74 catalog... 71 ( probably valid to 72 too ) will be a lot easier... give me some minutes...

EDITING: 71 on line catalog I found doesn't have the Roof section on ilustrations or text section about that

Sorry I have several publications that listed #s for 72 chargers, I posted those #s and asked for info on my car for wich I had no numbers, rather than start a new thread I posted my question on this thread.  Sorry if that in some way bothered you,  and twilt, thanks for the info Brother.  I will have to check and see if mine is a hard top or coup.  I bet it's a coup!

If quarter windows are fixed then it is a coup. Roll down quarters are Hardtop

1958300

Some of the earlier comments about numbers not being exact are absolutely true. The data provided by Mother Mopar are in percentages of total production, not actual cars produced. For example, 1.77% of the 22,430 Charger SE cars had a manual sunroof. 1.77% of 22,430 is approximately 396, but it could have been anywhere from 392 to about 400.

There is no data given by Mopar that connects engine size to any particular option.
